Adding Additional Authentication Methods

Once MFA of 2FA is enabled on a MS365 account, you may wish to add additional methods to authenticate to. To set this up, navigate to www.office.com and sign in with your organisation username and password. 

- Next, head to the top right corner and click on your initials, then click on "View Account"
- Head to "Security Info"

Here you can add a mobile device, and MFA App, such as Authenticator, and also change your default sign in method.
