Log into https://admin.microsoft.com/Use your supplied credentials
Once logged in, if you have administrative access, you should be presented with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If not, on the left hand side menu will be an “Admin” option. Click on that.
Go to the Users section, Active Users list, wait for the users to be displayed.
Tick the user you’d like to reset the password. Then click on the “Reset Password” option.
Choose the options you want, I would advise removing the tick from “require the user to change their password when the first log in” as it leads to issues.
Then click “Reset Password”
Repeat for any other users.
